Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist - 1 Year Contract

About the Opportunity

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants and external clients
• Respond to their queries regarding the billing process
• Journal entries
• Processing of invoices
• Debit /Credit memos
• Processes Accounts Receivable and non-accounts receivable revenue

About You

• A college diploma in business, accounting or equivalent
• 2+ years of high volume accounts receivable experience
• Knowledge of billing
• Moderate experience with MS Office Suite including Excel andWord
• Clear communication skills and high level customer service

Salary

$47,000/year
