Accounts Receivable & Billing Analyst - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Prepare and record cash receipts, prepare monthly EFT files for all tenants
• Prepare straight-line rent analysis based on historical billing agreements
• Support Property Administrators
• Cash applications, reconcile cash
• Generating and compiling monthly reports from JDE
• Assist in closing Accounts Receivable Subledger

About You

• University graduate in Accounting or relevant business or finance major
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in general accounting and accounts receivable

Pay Rate

$18 - $21/hour
