Accounts Payable Coordinator - 3 Month Contract to Permanent (Closed)

Accounts Payable Coordinator - 3 Month Contract to Permanent

About the Opportunity

• 80% of the role is working in Excel, navigating different windows and exporting data into their accounting system using different shortcuts (v-lookups is the main function with some pivot tables)
• 20% is entering data, invoicing, reaching out to vendors

About You

• V-lookups and pivot tables knowledge is a must
• Experience in Accounts Payable/Junior Accounting
• Experience interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Pay Rate

$19 - $21/hour
