Accounts Payable Clerk - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Scan paper invoices
• Match accounts payable invoices to purchase orders and completion
• Code and enter invoices into our accounting system
• Facilitate invoice approvals with Management and Construction teams
• Issue cheques
• Respond to supplier and trade inquiries

About You

• Home builder experience in Accounts Payable
• Excellent communication skills/upbeat personality
• Newstar software experience is an asset

Pay Rate

$18 - $20/hour
