Accounts Payable Associate - 2 to 4 Week Contract

About the Opportunity

• Ensure discounts and timely payments of vendor invoices by setting them up for weekly check runs
• Daily matching and posting large volume of purchase transactions to vendor invoices in computer software
• Resolve and communicate any discrepancies or outstanding balances on vendor accounts, including telephone, mail or email correspondence
• Reconciles monthly statements and manage AP files
• Implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines

About You

• Experience using NetSuite is an asset
• Experience with any accounting software
• Experience doing account reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills (PIVOT tables and Vlookup)

Pay Rate

$19 - $21/hour
