About the Opportunity

• Review invoices and requests for payment for potential errors and/or discrepancies 
• Codes and posts Accounts Payable entries into the accounting software system in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensures the timely and accurate payment of approved payables
• Post and reconcile company payments to general ledgers
• Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions
• Post Accounts Payable data to profit/loss reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other documentation

About You

• College diploma (General Business or Accounting)
• 2 or more years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role in the manufacturing sector (preferably multi divisional) combined with accounting knowledge
• Fantastic attention to detail

Salary

$40,000 - $45,000/year
