Accounts Payable Administrator

About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company headquartered in Scarborough. They are a growing company with an incredible work-life balance, looking to add an Accounts Payable Administrator to their dynamic team.

About the Opportunity

• Reviews invoices and requests for payment for potential errors and/or discrepancies
• Codes and posts A/P entries into the accounting software system in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensures the timely and accurate payment of approved payables
• Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions
• Assists with year-end processes; audits and projects as required

About You

• Education background in Accounting
• 2 or more years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role in the manufacturing sector
• High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

$40,000 - $45,000/year (strongly dependent on candidate experience)
