About the Opportunity

• Coordinate and review monthly financial statements
• Manage a team to ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end general ledger close for portfolio of assigned properties
• Budgeting, cash flow management/forecasting, and distributions to owners
• Prepare and coordinate year-end audit files and financial statements for external audit and legal entity tax filings
• Provide accounting and financial guidance to the real estate management group
• Work closely with the Investment team to assist with acquisition and disposition of properties including review of purchase and sale agreements and statement of adjustments

About You

• CPA
• Management experience and experience leading a team
• Strong reporting experience in the real estate industry
• High proficiency in Excel and JDE is preferred

Salary Range

$100,000 - $115,000/year
