About the Opportunity
- Coordinate and review monthly financial statements
- Manage a team to ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end general ledger close for portfolio of assigned properties
- Budgeting, cash flow management/forecasting, and distributions to owners
- Prepare and coordinate year-end audit files and financial statements for external audit and legal entity tax filings
- Provide accounting and financial guidance to the real estate management group
- Work closely with the Investment team to assist with acquisition and disposition of properties including review of purchase and sale agreements and statement of adjustments
About You
- CPA
- Management experience and experience leading a team
- Strong reporting experience in the real estate industry
- High proficiency in Excel and JDE is preferred
Salary Range
$100,000 - $115,000/year
