About the Opportunity

• Coordinate and review monthly financial statements, detailed variance and projection analysis, annual property and tenant audited statements, and government reporting and remittances
• Prepare and coordinate year-end audit files
• Manage a team to ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end general ledger close, final operating cost and property tax reconciliations, GST/HST filings and remittances
• Budgeting, cash flow management/forecasting, and distributions
• Provide financial and accounting guidance to real estate group
• Liaise with internal groups

About You

• CPA
• 2+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role
• Property accounting and real estate experience
• Good working knowledge of JD Edwards

Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000/year
