About the Opportunity
- Coordinate and review monthly financial statements, detailed variance and projection analysis, annual property and tenant audited statements, and government reporting and remittances
- Prepare and coordinate year-end audit files
- Manage a team to ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end general ledger close, final operating cost and property tax reconciliations, GST/HST filings and remittances
- Budgeting, cash flow management/forecasting, and distributions
- Provide financial and accounting guidance to real estate group
- Liaise with internal groups
About You
- CPA
- 2+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role
- Property accounting and real estate experience
- Good working knowledge of JD Edwards
Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000/year
