Accounting Clerk - 18 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Posting account payables
• Posting of expense recovery, such as fax, copy, and courier
• Preparing payment for account payables to be reviewed by superior
• Processing bank reconciliation
• Billings
• Preparing deposits for daily banking
• Filing of payables, invoices and deposit slips
• Wiring funds and Electronic fund transfer (EFT)

About You

• PC Law is a must
• 2+ years of Accounting Clerk duties in a high volume environment
• Perfect communication skills

Pay Rate

$18 - $21/hour
