ARE YOU SEEKING AN EXCITING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY? Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their team for a 6 month contract with the potential to become permanent.

Accountant - 6 Month Contract to Permanent

About the Opportunity

• Prepare calendar year-end financial statements in accordance to ASPE
• Prepare complete working paper packages to ensure an efficient and effective review of the statements
• Ad hoc duties as required

About You

• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, with at least 3 consecutive years preparing financial statements
• CPA, designation is a must have or in final stages of CPA designation
• Strong understanding of ASPE and knowledge of IFRS standards
• Strong understanding of Joint ventures and limited partnerships
• Advanced Excel skills are a must
• Knowledge of Sage Timberline would be an asset.
• Strong organizational skills

Pay Rate

$35/hour
