About the Company

Our client is global private real estate investment fund who specializes in real estate development, financial services, and asset management. In this Accountant role, you will be provided opportunities to grow as the company continues to progress.

About the Opportunity

• Administer and conduct month-end close process and accurately prepares month-end reports for management, maintaining a clean subsidiary ledger
• Reconcile all cash receipts, bank statements, and other accounts monthly
• Prepare all bank deposits and inter-account bank transfers, as directed by management
• Reconcile direct bill company statements with automated system reports via automated system
• Receive and review all incoming invoices and prepares payment checks, coding invoices accurately to the general ledger, and keeps payables up to date
• Resolve payment problems and ensure low level accounts receivables
• Oversee support staff

About You

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in financial services and real estate/hospitality related environments
• Bilingual, English/Mandarin is an asset
• Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000/year
