Vice President Finance

The Vice President Finance will be responsible for oversight of the company’s financial position and operations. The position will report directly to the President and CEO.  The company has been in business for over 30 years and has more than 30 employees.

About the Opportunity  

  • Oversight of the company’s financial position and operations
  • Process all accounts payable transactions
  • Overall accounts receivable management
  • Oversee Human Resources and internal payroll
  • Prepare, maintain and review annual budgets
  • Analyze and consolidate financial statements
  • Financial management, including cash flows
  • Maintain bank facilities and various general ledger account reconciliations, maintenance and analysis
  • Monthly financial analysis reporting to the President & CEO
  • All annual accounting related work and chief liaison during the annual review performed by an outside accounting firm

About You

  • CPA with at least 5 years’ experience in a lead finance role
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-motivated with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literate in Windows applications, Microsoft Office programs, and accounting software
  • Flexible, excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

Salary Range
$115,000/year
