ARE YOU A TRUST COORDINATOR SEEKING A NEW OPPORTUNITY? Our client is looking for a Trust Coordinator for a full-time role.

Trust Coordinator

About the Opportunity

• Deposit and record trust funds received 
• Prepare trust cheques, wires, EFT's 
• Invest trust funds (as instructed) 
• Record interest earned 
• Balance trust entries daily 
• T5, NR4, Tax forms preparation 
• Reconcile subledger to General Ledger, bank reconciliations
• Audit assist 

About You  

• 5-10 years; experience with Trust at a Law firm 
• Customer service experience
• Good communication skills
• Time management
• Flexible with overtime

Salary Range
$54,000-$62,000/year
