LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED FINANCE TEAM LEAD WITH EXPOSURE TO YARDI. Our client is looking for an interim resource for 2-3 months to assist through year-end.

Team Lead – Finance – 2 to 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity  

• Support all the properties with reporting and analysis
• Monthly and quarterly reporting, detailed financial analysis and resolution of segment financial issues
• Budget preparation and variance analysis, and work with other members of the Finance department and manager to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversight of 4 Property Accountants

About You

• Designated accountant (CPA)
• Real estate, retail or hospital experience will be an asset
• Exposure to Yardi
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
