Tax Manager

About the Opportunity  

• Reporting directly to the Tax Director and indirectly to the VP, Global Tax
• Prepare and/or review IFRS tax provisions and forecasts of global sites located in Asia, Europe and America
• Prepare and/or review income tax and/or information returns, reports, transfer pricing studies
• Ensure that new developments in tax are conveyed to the appropriate people in the company and that processes are developed to ensure that the company is in compliance with laws and regulations
• Assist in responding to queries from internal/external/government auditors 
• Support global tax planning and process improvement initiatives, as well as other tax related matters on an ad hoc basis

About You

• CPA, CA preferred
• In Depth certification
• University degree 
• Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in the area of corporate taxation
• Knowledge in the area of transfer pricing, indirect taxes, international tax and/or M&A are asset

Salary Range
$90,000-$100,000/year
