Tax Manager

Our client is in need of a hands-on Tax Manager for a 4 month contract.

About the Opportunity  

• Preparation of quarterly Canadian and U.S. GAAP tax provisions and completion of income tax returns
• Support the Senior Tax Manager on solutions to improve tax reporting processes, IFRS changes, tax-planning generally and on proposed transactions
• Research tax and tax accounting issues related to tax provisions, tax filings and proposed transactions
• Prepare tax cash flows, effective tax rates and other tax support
• Assist with income tax and international tax audits, including analysis of issues, tax research and preparation of responses to CRA

About You

• CPA, CA designation
• Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Canadian GAAP accounting and tax rules
• Advanced Excel and Tax Prep

Pay Range
$50 - $65/hour
