Supervisor, Accounts Payable and Receivable

About the Opportunity

• Oversee AP/AR departments, month-end closing procedures, payroll, bank reconciliation
• Supervised all activities related to vendor administration, payment processing, employee expense reporting, internal control compliance, cash flow management and maintenance of the A/P sub-ledger
• Manage accounts receivable target, purchase order process, cash and loan balances
• Manage supplier invoices, employee expense claims and maintain master vendor lists
• Manage a team of 4 AP/AR clerks

About You  

• 5 years of related accounting experience and at least one year in a supervisory role
• Experience with Great Plains is an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Media experience is an asset 

Salary Range
$60,000/year
