Subcontracting Operations Coordinator – 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Submit Helpdesk/VPN tickets
  • Notify resource management if work permit has been requested
  • Background/acceptance checks and file
  • Follow up with IT regarding hardware ready dates including computers, access, phone, etc.
  • Send credentials and packages
  • Assist subs with login issues
  • Confirm start date with agency, PMO team for hand off, resourcing and notify security/reception
  • Confirm seating arrangement with Office Services
  • Greet Subcontractor on arrival date
  • Follow up on work order/signed and unsigned
  • Facilitate counter-signature of work order/amendments/master consulting agreement
  • Upload ISA’s/work orders
  • Monthly vendor report/follow-up with timesheet issues
  • Weekly sub time report and send time report to all subcontractors
  • Maintain PR log on shared drive

About you

  • University or College degree or equivalent working experience
  • At least 2 years working in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of work flow
  • Excel experience/skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational skills
