DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SMARTPHONE DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST? Our client is looking for 4 individuals to fill a minimum 1 month contract opportunity to supply 3,000 Smartphones to one of their major customers.

Smartphone Deployment Technician – 1 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

You will be managing the phones through their own MDM Solution, however our client requires Smartphone Deployment Technicians to program/test/package and deploy the devices. Instructions and all the necessary training will be provided.

• Knows how to activate / create users on Smartphone’s (iPhones/iPads, Samsung, LG, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Touch Screen technology
• Install, configure, test, and deploy Smartphone hardware and software
• Understanding of basic networking protocols, services and settings
• Understanding of backup and restore functions on Mobile Devices

About You

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop and peripheral issues as required
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users and management
• All candidates must be authorized to work in Canada
