Servicing Analyst - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• The Servicing Analyst will be responsible for opening and maintaining private bank accounts for clients and adhering to regulatory requirements
• Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine transactions, internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries, requests, and/or audit/reconciliation activities, and solve more complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards
• Follow procedures to resolve internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/requests and issues
• Operate within a highly regulated external environment and ensure sound management of significant financial risk associated with the transactions under management

About You

• 2-3 years of previous banking experience with exposure to IIROC, AML and KYC
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Minimum high school diploma, collegeéuniversity preferred

Pay Range
$15-$17/hour
