Servicing Analyst - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

The Servicing Analyst will be responsible for opening and maintaining private bank accounts for clients and adhering to regulatory requirements. This role acts as backend support for frontend line staff. Candidates will be tasked with investigations, corrections and escalations where necessary.

Hours

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (occasional 10:30am – 7:00pm, up to twice per week)

About You

• Previous banking/financial institution experience, including relevant knowledge of IIROC, AML, KYC
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate Excel skills (macros)
• Experience working in a high volume, target-driven environment
• Minimum high school diploma, college/university degree preferred, or 2-3 years related experience required

Pay Range
$20-$22/hour
