Service Representative - 6 Month Contract

This team oversees application processing for all credit cards within business, personal and corporate accounts.

About the Opportunity

• Process transaction requests for credit card customers; these are sent from contact centre, branches, other bank units and external parties
• Access workflow systems and bank systems to process transactions (you will be using a number of different systems for processing transactions and emails)
• Correspond with business partners to resolve escalations and investigation requests
• Please note that this is not a customer facing role. It is more focused on responding to requests from the organization’s business partners

About You

• 2+ years of previous experience in a bank or financial institution in an administrative role
• Strong Excel skills (specifically sorting data, running macros, modifying fields, inserting comments, amending formulas in fields, opening a new sheet and copying data)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates bilingual in English and French are preferred
• Minimum high school diploma; university degree preferred

Pay Range
$16-$18/hour
