Service Representative – 12 Month Contract

This group assists different lines of business with the processing of trades and transactions (mutual funds, segregated funds, pool funds, linked funds).

About the Opportunity

  • Work with team leads, processing teams and the quality control teams (about 20 people overall)
  • Responsible for the administration of non-financial and financial transactions of investment products for clients
  • Responsible for keying and rejecting (if necessary) all financial and non-financial transactions across all lines of business, reconciliations, trade corrections and quality control functions within the department
  • Responsible for working with Client Services to resolve client inquiries

About You

  • 1-3 years’ worth of experience within an administrative role in a bank or financial institution
  • Candidate with a background in mortgage or trade processing will be preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with Unitrax , Livelink or R-Term is an asset
  • Strong understanding of investment products and registered plans and any applicable risk and regulatory requirements is an asset
  • Enrollment in, or completion of, the CSC and/or IFIC

Pay Range
$13-$15/hour
