Senior Tax Analyst

Our client is sourcing for a Senior Tax Analyst for a 3 month contract with the potential to become permanent.

About the Opportunity  

• Preparation of federal, provincial and U.S. tax returns
• Calculate Canadian and U.S. tax provisions 
• Calculate and pay monthly tax installment payments
• Assist with the preparation of the quarterly tax provision 
• Assist with addressing CRA and IRS audit queries
• Keep informed of tax laws, regulations, and rulings pertaining to international, federal, provincial, and local taxes
• Analyze and prepare memos and reports on the tax effects of business transactions
• Assist with transfer pricing projects
• Assist with International tax projects

About You

• CPA, CA designation nice to have
• CICA In-Depth Tax course is a nice to have
• Strong accounting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and TaxPrep tax and JD Edwards software experience

Pay Range
$40/hour
