SENIOR QA ENGINEER REQUIRED WITH STRONG AUTOMATED TESTING EXPERIENCE. Our client is currently seeking a Senior full-time QA Engineer to join their team in an agile environment.

Our client company is a 70+ person company in the fintech industry, serving one third of the Fortune 100 companies.

About the Opportunity

• Assist and lead performance/functional testing and test automation of web/mobile applications and APIs
• Perform functional testing (mostly automated with some manual)
• Create and execute test cases and test strategy/plans
• Develop automated tests, capturing key performance and metrics identifying regressions
• Support the company’s continued growth and success

About You

• Currently reside in the Waterloo/Kitchener/Guelph area
• 5+ years of QA and testing experience; excellent understanding of QA/testing process and strategy for Web, Mobile, API
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing (any toolset)
• 3+ years of experience with automation scripting (any language)
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Experience testing web APIs (SOAP, REST, XML)
• Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus

Pay Range
$85,000-$95,000/year
