Senior Property Accountant - 2 Month Contract

Our client is looking for an immediate temporary resource who can step in and ideally be open to a permanent in the new year.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare monthly client reports for a designated portfolio of industrial and retail properties
• Financial statements, inducing cash flow statements
• Variance analysis and reporting against the approved budgets
• Rent roll
• Aged Arrears Report
• Cash Summary Report
• Realty Taxes Report
• GST Payable Report
• Accounts Payable Report
• Set up new leases for the assignment properties
• Complete the lease summary sheet before setting-up the lease
• Prepare lease abstracts
• Year-end working papers
• Tax and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations
   

About You

• Accounting, Business or Finance degree preferred
• Current enrollment in CPA
• 5-10+ years of related and relevant property accounting experience
• Proven computer software skills are required

Pay Range
$23-$26/hour
