Senior Project Accountant

About the Opportunity  

• Perform the primary accounting function for various high-rise projects (job cost review, coordination of trade payables, reporting, and analysis)
• Responsible for internal/external monthly reporting. Ensure that reports are completed on an accurate and timely basis, including account analysis, general ledger reconciliations, and other analysis
• Prepare project cost packages for review by project monitor/cost consultant for financing purposes
• Prepare year-end financial statements and deal with external auditors
• Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns and related information

About You

• Accounting designation (CPA, CGA)
• At least 5 years’ experience
• Experience in the Real Estate industry (ideally construction)

Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000/year
