About the Opportunity

• Identify, understand, and document processes and procedures surrounding IT internal controls. Continually monitor and update the assessment of the control environment, keeping abreast of significant control issues, trends and developments
• Develop test plans for Service Organizations and coordinate the performance of management testing of internal controls with senior management of the business unit
• Scheduling, assigning auditors and providing supervision of fieldwork, and review of working papers, draft findings and draft reports
• Report findings to Director and present options to management for addressing/mitigating issues. Manage and monitor remediation action plans for the resolution of issues identified during assessment and audits
• Understand SOX requirements, and any related SEC pronouncements, and assist the business units in maintaining processes and functions to help ensure compliance with such requirements
• Coordinate activities with external auditors to support their audit and review procedures
• Building strong professional relationships with Service Organization management through providing a value-added service
• Prepare presentations and other materials
• Assist in the development and implementation of the methodology and procedures
• Provide input to and present at the weekly and monthly reporting meetings (status and issues)

About You

• CPA, CA designation or a CISA
• Can either be a new Manager from the Enterprise Risk group in a large public accounting firm or someone coming from industry with the prerequisite experience
• Strong technical background with respect to IT controls and compliance

Salary Range
$110,000 - $120,000/year
