About the Company

Our client is a Fortune 500 company with a significant presence in Canada. They are a service business that provides services across a wide range of industry sectors.

About the Opportunity  

• Provide financial leadership and management on the various projects within all areas of finance. Various projects are as follows:
  • Acquisition integration
  • Support the year-end consolidated audit and manage other statutory audits
  • Areas of complex accounting (foreign exchange, leases, revenue recognition)
  • Intercompany reconciliations and settlements
  • Preparation of Worker’s Compensation and benefit reconciliation analysis
  • Work with legal on the quarterly review of possible contingent liabilities and recommend amounts to be recorded in financial statements
  • Monthly calculation of organic growth
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. SOX internal control requirements
  • Ad-hoc special projects as assigned

About You

• CPA, CA
• Well rounded industry experience (financial reporting, analysis, systems, etc.)

Salary Range
$110,000 - $115,000/year
