Senior Manager, Finance

About the Opportunity  

• Lead the Capital planning and reporting process to support executive decision-making
• Prepare business case analysis for presentation at executive investment councils
• Accountable for overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley monthly, quarterly and annual controls related to Capital expenditures
• Responsible for accurate and timely close of the month-end
• Review Capital results and identify and analyze unusual items, and provide detailed commentary on key variances

About You

• Professional accounting designation (i.e., CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead a team
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to negotiate and influence others
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with business cases or financial modeling
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables with competing tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and see through to resolution
• Strong work ethic, great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Challenges the status quo and questions prior practices where appropriate
• Team-player

Salary Range
$60,000-$90,000/year
