Senior Job Costing Accounts Payable Analyst

About the Opportunity

• Administer capital and leasehold cost projects
• Set up budgets and construction contracts
• Process AP/job costing invoices and reconciliations (112k Canadian and U.S. invoices between 4 AP Clerks)
• Prepare daily cash deposits, lockbox and cash receipts
• Track project-related costs, deposit rent
• Oversee AP batches, clear WIP entries, fixed asset sub-ledger

About You  

• 2 years of AP/job costing experience (real estate, construction or engineering industry experience) in a high-volume, large company
• New graduates may apply
• Yardi and CTI are assets
• Interpersonal and analytical skills
• Great at problem-solving and a team player
• Has great time management skills
• Sociable

Salary Range
$55,000/year
