Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

About the Opportunity  

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS
• Assist with the monthly close process, including analytical review of hotel operating results and balance sheet review, including uploading property financial information
• Manage the corporate office accounting – debt, G&A, JV investments, etc. including reconciliations and related journals entries
• Supervise all accounts payable processed in corporate office; this includes corporate payables, inter-company leases and capital expenditures
• Support external audit and interim reviews
• Handle day-to-day accounting issues as they arise
• Liaise with outsourced accounting functions
• Assist in the production of the annual budget and forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of other ad hoc reports as necessary
• Maintain fixed asset records

About You

• Designated professional (CPA, CA)
• 3-4 years of progressive public accounting firm experience
• Strong IFRS experience

Salary Range
$75,000 - $80,000/year
