About the Company

Our client, a growing professional services company in the west end of Toronto, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to assist with their rapidly growing business. This position will work closely with business partners across operations to support the financial planning process and to ensure initiatives for the business units are able to complete in-depth financial analysis.

About the Opportunity  

• Work with cross-functional teams in Operations to complete the planning process through variance analysis, and by providing in depth and meaningful analysis on variances to budget and forecast 
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting operations, and decision making for various initiatives
• Leverage existing data and provide insights for functional and department decision makers
• Identify business risks and opportunities 
• Effectively produce and communicate analysis in meetings while providing recommendations

About You

• Completed university degree, preferably in business, or finance
• Designated CPA (CA/CMA/CGA)
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Previous experience working with financial models and Excel
• Minimum 5 years of relevant planning and analysis experience

Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000/year
