Senior Financial Analyst (Closed)

LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST. Our client is looking to fill a 2 month opportunity.

Senior Financial Analyst

About the Opportunity  

• Assist the financial reporting team with preparation of quarter-end schedules to support the financial statements
• Assistance with preparation of notes to the quarterly financial statements
• Assistance with preparation of legal entity financial statements, including notes to financial statements
• Assistance with preparation of month-end and quarter-end close process for exploration entities
• Assistance with quarter-end responsibilities
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

About You

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a public company reporting environment
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and a professional accounting designation
• Excellent team player
• ERP and financial reporting software experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret various data and develop logical solutions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
• Results oriented with a focus on continuous improvements
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, which are essential for interacting with all levels in the organization
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment is an asset

Pay Range  
$37-40/hour
