About the Company
Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will support internal clients in the area of sales commissions, quarterly bonuses, sales performance reporting and financial planning and analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will help predict and track financial information and directly influence company's performance as a company.

About the Opportunity  

• Maintain a model to support the calculation of monthly and other periodic commissions
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Assist in performing monthly analysis to explain actual/forecast variances
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Provide quality analytical information to internal customers related to the financial and operational performance of their business units, helping to identify underlying business issues and provide input to operational decisions
• Develop business cases for various initiatives and/or new products

About You

• Accounting designation
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Experience in using SQL queries and views
• 3+ years relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, Oracle Financial and SQL database

Salary Range
$65,000-$70,000/year
