About the Company

Our client, a major North American property developer, is looking to hire their next Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for an energetic, hands-on finance professional who would leverage their strong, technical, financial reporting background while working in a progressive environment that offers continuous learning, a succession plan and a competitive compensation package. We are looking for candidates from the Big Four firms who have an assurance background and experience working with clients from real estate (commercial or residential), REIT's or mining.

About the Opportunity  

• Advise on technical accounting requirements related to joint venture reporting and equity investment reporting
• Advise on technical accounting requirements related to debt instruments and fund advances
• Advise on monthly and quarterly consolidated equity reporting requirements and joint venture financial statement reporting compliance
• Evaluate transactions for compliance to policy and procedures
• Perform complex reconciliations and advise on technical reporting requirements to Senior Leadership Team
• Collaborate regularly with external auditors
• Conduct ad hoc projects and collaborate regularly with Senior Leadership Team

About You

• CPA, CA from Big Four 
• Experience working in complex engagements for clients in mining, REIT's, real estate development

Salary Range
$75,000-$85,000/year
