Senior Finance Manager - 14 Month Contract
About the Opportunity
- Responsible for all quarterly and annual financial reporting compliance for Joint Ventures
- Coordinate with auditors and divisions for the audit/review of joint ventures
- Assist divisions and corporate FP&A team with forecasting assumptions and analysis
- Proactively work with the Treasury & FP&A team to provide forward looking cash forecast and ensure financing needs are forecast and delivered well in advance of needs
- Collaborate with operational teams to recommend optimal joint venture structures on new deals and use expertise to recommend potential buy outs or sales as required
- Develop constructive working relationships with the divisions, learn their businesses and provide financial insight and supplemental reporting that will help them lead their respective areas
- Oversee one reporting analyst
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required
About You
- Accounting designation
- Minimum 7 years within Finance/Accounting function
- Previous management experience with demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff
- Strong financial accounting, reporting and problem solving skills
- Deadline oriented, adaptable, quick learner
- Strong presentation/interactive skills demonstrating the ability to convey conceptual information/ideas
- Detail oriented with the ability to think strategically
- High competence in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Pay Range
$55-$65/hour
