ARE YOU A SEASONED SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST LOOKING TO UTILIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE? Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a full-time basis.

Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, with very strong system and analytical skills. This individual will provide direct support to the Supply Chain and Technology Operations user group and interface with the Information Systems team. They will develop reports, analyze data, co-ordinate system usage issues, and assist with the development of new functionality and user training.  

About the Opportunity  

• Extract and/or compile data from various sources and conduct detailed data analysis to support operations and R&D Projects
• Assist business partners in developing business cases, understanding financial impact, performing cost benefit analyses
• Identify and measure key performance indicators that drive business performance
• Develop reports, summaries and presentations articulating critical business data
• Communicate findings and present analyses within the group and to other departments
• Responsible for the support and development of current and new system functionality
• Provide day-to-day user support for technical system issues and ensure timely issue resolution
• Manage ad hoc reporting and analysis projects as required
• Recommend system enhancements and manage timely implementation
• Provide additional reporting to Technology Division and Finance/NY as required
• Assist Business area managers in completing the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts for the Technology Division including Head count, CAPEX, Labor Hours for Research & Development, General & Administrative, Supply Chain, etc.
• Build strong relationships with budget managers by being the go-to person for all things finance related
• Complete special projects as assigned

About You

• A university degree or diploma in IT Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
• CPA or MBA designation 
• A minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
• Self-motivated, with positive outlook and high energy
• Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Extremely well organized and able to work well under minimal supervision
• Strong Business Acumen
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project and Share point
• Project Management Skills
• Experience in a product design and manufacturing environment would be considered an asset
• Extensive knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP preferred)

Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000/year
