About the Opportunity  

• Responsible for identifying, documenting risks and controls related to various Pension business processes
• Assist with the development of a sustainable methodology for monitoring and assessing process risks
• Demonstrate excellence and apply critical thinking to assess risk and provide insights to support managements’ decision making
• Analyze processes and complex data with a focus on identifying and assessing risks that impact strategic and operational objectives 
• Recommend internal control and process improvements and assist in the design and implementation of new internal controls
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and document business process risks, corresponding control procedures and resolve control gaps
• Assist in the development and implementation of management reporting for business controls
• Analyze and monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls on a routine basis

About You

• University degree (Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration)
• CPA Designation (CA preferred) 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experience evaluating business risks and controls 
• Strong understanding of information system risks and IT general controls
• Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
