SOX Director

Our client is looking for a senior level SOX/Bill 198 resource to assist them during a transition period to manage their year-end certification process. The role does have option for part-time hours if desired.

About the Opportunity  

• Full responsibility to manage the certification process, including all required timelines working with the CFO
• Review year-end audit and resolve findings and issues
• Manage existing Manager-level staff

About You

• 5+ years of relevant experience at Senior Manager/Director level
• Accounting designation
• Strong soft skills

Pay Range
$60/hour
