SAP Billing Supervisor
About the Opportunity
- Assist/participate or collaborate with analysis pertaining to the assessment of Customer Billing practices and the development, revision or implementation of accounting systems, related interfaces and records
- Develop, implement and/or maintain documentation on practices, procedures and systems
- Perform analysis and review billing practices, procedures and systems to ensure accuracy
- Provide system support and maintenance including guidance to others on the use of the system
- Recommend training processes and implement corrective action as required
- Provide information, education and training to personnel on business processes and on the utilization of computer systems as a tool to facilitate these tasks
- Assist staff in the resolution of “Billing inquiries”
- Review and evaluate recommendations from internal/external audit reports and prepare responses as required
- Liaise with audit personnel to clarify audit concerns and information requirements
- Oversee and process billings
- Process corrections to invoices, correct and define set up problems and facilitate training to ensure accuracy in system functionality
- Liaise with major clients to enable smooth operations regarding billings
- Billing integration for Ariba (Opg, Westinghouse etc.), Oncore (OPG), Taulia (H1) and Bruce Power Pro Forma and invoice Systems
- Provide verbal and written Billing Reports to Supervisor, customers, and other Senior Analysts, as required, in carrying out the above duties
- Create computer system processes to manage incoming Purchase Orders for general use in Customer Billings
- Participate in client meetings on topics pertaining to billings
- Recommend alternative system process to create efficiencies and accuracy in the accounting system
- Perform other collection and billing duties as required
About You
- 6+ years of management experience
- SAP experience
- Billing experience
- Knowledge of SAP (ECC6 with EnP7) FI/CO (including AR), FI/CO PS, SD (Billing and Contract Management), and MM modules
- University degree in related discipline
- Very strong attention to detail
- Process oriented
- Perfect communication skills
Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000/year
