ARE YOU LOOKING TO TAKE ON A NEW CHALLENGE AS A OFFICE MANAGER? Our client is seeking an individual to join their team for a 12 month contract as Receptionist/Office Manager.

Receptionist/Office Manager - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Design and implement office policies
  • Establish and maintain standards and procedures
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Control correspondences
    • Pick up and deliver the mail
    • Open and date stamp all general correspondence
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of company events
  • Track absenteeism and vacation requests
  • Transfer and dispose records according to retention schedules and policies
  • Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment
  • Check stock to determine inventory levels and replenish when need be

About You

  • Always professional in dress and approach
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Are upbeat, friendly and love interacting with different people
  • Understand the professional services environment
  • Required to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Interested in learning new skills and growing your career
  • Comfortable with taking on new tasks and are good with change
  • Always go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service

Pay Range
$16-$18/hour
