Receptionist - 6 Month Contract
Our client is looking for a Receptionist to start on a 6 month contract with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.
About the Opportunity
- Answer phones
- Greet people when they enter the office
- Manage company calendars
- Order office supplies
- Scan and file documents
- Organize receipts for employee expense reports
- Maintain and prepare public office spaces
- Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Willing to learn, adapt and work growing organization
- Experience performing basic receptionist and administrative duties
Pay Range
$15-$18/hour
