Receptionist - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Cover reception from 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.
• Greet clients
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Schedule internal and external appointments/lunches
• Bank deposits
• Maintain reception/boardroom

About You

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and flexible to work in changing environment
• High level of discretion required in dealing with confidential matters
• Interest or background in corporate finance and banking an asset

Pay Range
$32,000/year
