Property Accountant

About the Opportunity

• Manage rent rolls
• Collect rent
• Responsible for 20 residential apartments, 100-1,000 units per site

About You  

• Experience with rent rolls over 1,000 units
• Familiar with the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Act
• Yardi experience

Salary Range
$50,000 - $55,000/year
