DO YOU HAVE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE? Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator/Specialist to join their team for a 4-6 month contract.

Payroll Administrator/Specialist – 4 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Process the bi-weekly payroll for 400 employees based in Ontario, U.S., Mexico and UK, both salaried and hourly
• Knowledge of all federal and provincial legislation as it pertains to payroll; remain current on all relevant changes to legislation
• Year-end reporting and T4 issuance

About You

• Strong understanding and experience with Workday
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong knowledge of federal and provincial legislation
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent management abilities
• Team player

Pay Range
$25-$35/hour
