Payroll Specialist

About the Opportunity

• Process bi-weekly payrolls for hourly and salaried employees with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines
• Administer payroll requirements for employees on STD, LTD, maternity and paternal leave of absence
• Prepare processes and maintain relevant paper work associated with new hires, terminations, employee transfers, etc.
• Provide regular payroll related management reporting and ad hoc reports as requested
• Respond in a timely fashion to payroll inquiries and requests for information

About You

• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience and benefit plan administration and/or a related discipline with CPM designation is an asset
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Working Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll and time attendance systems required
• Effective communication skills

Pay Range
$26-$28/hour
