Payroll Analyst - 2 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Process biweekly payroll, including payroll adjustments and calculations such as union dues, retroactive payments, ROEs, etc.
• Administration of biweekly/monthly remittances for benefits, pension, and government (CPP, EI, tax)

About You

• PCP/CPM – knowledge of ESA rules, payroll rules, ROE guidelines
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential as this role interacts with clients at every level of the organization
• Excel – intermediate to advanced; able to work with large worksheets, simple calculations, able to convert files between different formats, e.g. .txt to .xls
• Fast-paced environment; able to prioritize competing tasks, capacity to manage demanding workload
• Deadline-driven while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range
$19-$24/hour
