DO YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN PAYROLL? Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a long-term assignment.

Payroll Administrator – 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Process payroll
  • Import hourly employee timesheets
  • Enter all payroll entries into the payroll register
  • Reconcile WCB, EHT, union dues, pension, garnishments
  • Prepare ROEs, process T4s and reconcile to general ledger at year-end
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with month-end, including payroll reconciliations

About You

  • 3-5 years of payroll experience
  • Experience with Ceridian or ADP, advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), experience with the in-house payroll system
  • PCP designation is an asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay Range
$22-$24/hour
